We are hiring for a Budget Forecast Manager!:

How you will make a difference:

•Lead and coordinate the annual operations and capital budget process, working closely with operations and corporate finance teams and present results to CFO.

•Prepare financial forecasts used to evaluate the company’s operations and liquidity over multi-year time periods.

How you will spend your time:

•Meet physical and sensory requirements stated below, and be able to work in the described environment.

•Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance work flow, and/or improve the work environment.

•Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process:

oCreating a budget calendar

oCoordinating periodic status meetings and follow-up

oGathering budgets and supporting data from multiple sources

oReviewing results with operations and corporate finance

oAssisting with final analysis and reporting of results to the Board

•Prepare financial forecasts used by outside consultants, Lessors and financial institutions to evaluate the company’s future operations and liquidity position.

•Become proficient with the various tools and software platforms the company uses to gather and analyze data (Power BI, SQL, MS Dynamics GP).

•Become proficient in the Prophix software platform used to compile the annual budget.

•Assist with developing, maintaining and distributing financial reports using Prophix.

•Participate in the monthly financial statement review process and provide feedback.

•Complete periodic surveys required by the U.S. Census Bureau.

•Assist with information required to produce financial covenant calculations.

•Prepare financial information required for submission of annual insurance renewal.

•Other special projects and duties, as assigned.

The qualifications you will need:

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.

•Minimum of five (5) years related experience, ideally gained through increasingly responsible management positions within Finance.

•Healthcare experience preferred.

•Working knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems, well-developed financial analysis capabilities, and demonstrated abilities to management microcomputer operations and

applications. Knowledge of company software systems (i.e. Kronos, Quickcare, UltiPro, RNet, YGL, DSSI. Etc)

•Resource utilization skills as demonstrated by prior efficient and effective use of facility staff, facility funds and capital.

•Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

•Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.

•Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

•Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.

•Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.

•Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

•Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions.

Your work environment:

•You’ll work mostly indoors on floors that are tiled or carpeted.

•You’ll be around other co-workers, residents and their guests.

•You’ll have possible exposure to occasional slippery floors, chemicals, sharp objects, and hazardous materials and waste (including human), blood borne pathogens, and communicable diseases.

•You’ll be around possible high-stress medical and/or life-threatening situations.
