We are looking for 6 SELECT candidates to enroll in our CNA Training Class. Please READ this ENTIRE description before clicking the apply button.:

We are looking for candidates that at the end of the training program will take the state board CNA test, pass the test, and will want to continue employment with US as a Certified CNA.:

We will be looking for candidate that have a passion for Healthcare, the elderly, and making a difference.

Things we will be looking for during the selection process: Prior healthcare experience proven job history track record.

You MUST be able to pass a pre-screening background check!

Successful candidates MUST be able to commit to the ENTIRE training program and will be expected to be present each and everyday without exception.

We will have a general Orientation day August 6th for the chosen 6 (you must be available this date!)

Program Training dates will be August 9th -August 13th

Classes run from 9am-4:40pm on a daily basis for a week straight. You MUST be available for all 5 days NO exceptions!!

If you have any issues with those days and times then this is NOT the program for you.

In close proximity to the facility are two hospitals (within three miles) and adjacent physician offices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Providing residents with direct care and helping with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

* Recording resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information, as assigned.

* Participating in collecting data needed for the accurate completion of the MDS and plan of care.

* Routinely turning and positioning residents, while using proper body mechanics to lift and transport.

* Looking for ways to improve how we do things and helping make needed changes.
