As Director of Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for managing the administration of the Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures and programs, as well as, carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, organizational development, labor relations, HRIS. Originates and leads Compensation and Benefits practices and objectives that will provide a Stakeholder oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of the workforce.
Requirements for Consideration include:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required; MBA preferred.
* Minimum of seven (7) years Compensation and Benefits management experience with a proven track record of success to include positive results such as reduction in turnover, improved employee morale, effective training and risk management control.
* One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience required.
* C.N.A. certification required within twelve (12) months of hire and ongoing recertification, as needed.
* Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
* Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
