Description:

A SIGNATURE REVOLUTION

Signature HealthCARE’s vision is to lead radical change across the healthcare landscape to transform lives. It’s a revolution in the healthcare industry where inspiring others to live with purpose is our priority.

We are a family-based healthcare company that offers integrated services in 10 states across the continuum of care: skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, home health, cognitive care, and telemedicine. A growing number of Signature’s 108 skilled nursing centers are earning quality assurance accreditation and pioneering person-directed care. Inc. 5000 most recently recognized Signature on its list of fastest-growing private companies and we have been awarded Great Place to Work for three years in a row.

Signature’s organizational culture attracts and inspires over 12,000 employees through our three pillars: learning, spirituality, and innovation. We intentionally invest in whole life development including personal, professional and spiritual growth. The primary reason cited by our Stakeholders for joining the revolution is finding their “purpose and calling”. We attribute our retention to the unconditional love and acceptance that is modeled through allowing God in the workplace.

As you can imagine, it is more difficult than ever to thrive in this ever changing environment and we are committed to setting our teams up for success. To help turnaround struggling homes, we are searching for a Turnround Operator (LNHA) to join our GIG Consulting team. This role will serve as the Administrator of one of our homes to partner with an interdisciplinary team to develop the leadership team, hard wire key processes, deliver quality outcomes and improve culture. Once the home has achieved its’ turnaround goals, a new assignment will be provided. Due to the nature of the work, candidates must possess an active NHA license (FL, TN, KY, NC, GA, or VA – additional states may be requested), high level of expertise, prior multi-site leadership and demonstrated success improving overall operations of challenged SNFs. If you like solving problems, building teams, love to travel and want to make a difference every day, then this may be a good fit.
