To help turnaround struggling homes, we are searching for a Turnround Operator (LNHA) to join our GIG Consulting team. This role will serve as the Administrator of one of our homes to partner with an interdisciplinary team to develop the leadership team, hard wire key processes, deliver quality outcomes and improve culture. Once the home has achieved its’ turnaround goals, a new assignment will be provided. Due to the nature of the work, candidates must possess an active NHA license (FL, TN, KY, NC, GA, or VA – additional states may be requested), high level of expertise, prior multi-site leadership and demonstrated success improving overall operations of challenged SNFs.
