As Director of Regulatory Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that a company-wide regulatory compliance program is ongoing in accordance with company policies, standards of clinical care that meet state/federal regulations to promote excellence in care and quality of life for each resident. Provide oversight and guidance to staff in all facilities which includes teaching, training, and application of compliance skills necessary to enhance our resident care and outcomes.

Requirements for Consideration include:

* Bachelor’s in Nursing required, but Master’s in Nursing or other graduate program preferred.

* Active RN License and currently registered in state(s) employed.

* Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in long-term care/geriatrics; supervisory experience preferred.

* Completed qualified federal survey training with two (2) or more years survey work experience.

* Demonstrate a current working knowledge of federal/state requirements regarding the Long-Term Care program.

* Ability to assist in program development and revisions.
