As the HR Coordinator for our team, you will be responsible for providing administrator support related to , employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, risk management and compliance with applicable state and federal laws.

Requirements for Consideration include:

* · High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
* · At least one (1) years previous administrative experience preferred.
* · Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
* · Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet Navigation.
* · Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
* · Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
* · Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change.
* · Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability work effectively with stakeholders and vendors.
