Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for
Signature Healthcare of Ridgely
We are searching for an innovative and entrepreneurial leader to serve as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for Signature Healthcare of Ridgely Rehab & Wellness. Successful candidates will possess deep industry knowledge and foresight, be a consummate learner and teacher, exhibit a strong drive and a sense of urgency for results, and execute a daily plan to attract and retain compassionate leaders and caregivers.

Additionally, the position requires an active LNHA in the state of operation and at least 3 years recent experience successfully operating a skilled nursing facility as evidence by it’s clinical, people, business development and financial outcomes.
