We are searching for an innovative and entrepreneurial leader to serve as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). Successful candidates will possess deep industry knowledge and foresight, be a consummate learner and teacher, exhibit a strong drive and a sense of urgency for results, and execute a daily plan to attract and retain compassionate leaders and caregivers.

Additionally, the position requires an active LNHA in the state of operation and at least 3 years recent experience successfully operating a skilled nursing facility as evidence by it’s clinical, people, business development and financial outcomes.
