We’re currently hiring for the position of Licensure Analyst

Essential Duties Responsibilities:

* Primary responsibility for timely and accurately preparing, requesting and maintaining license applications and renewals, Medicaid certification/recertifications and Medicare enrollments/re-enrollments for the company’s health care operations including, without limitation, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, home health, Medicaid waiver programs and managed care.

* Researching licensure and certification requirements in all states in which the company operates.

* State certificate of need research and applications.

* Work with Cash Management to complete Electronic Transfer Agreements necessary to ensure timely cash flow.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum of two (2) years related experience in State and Federal regulations relating to licensure and certification of various healthcare entities (SNF, Hospital, Home Health, Hospice, etc).

* Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

* Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.

* Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

* Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
