How you will make a difference

* Recruit, onboard, orient, and schedule certified volunteers to provide support to residents with a focus on spiritual care support.
* Provide support and guidance to volunteers that will be providing services within Signature facilities.

How you will spend your time:

* Meet the physical and sensory requirements stated below and be able to work in the described environment.
* Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, an/or improve the work environment.
* Recruit certified volunteers through a variety of tactics including, but not limited to, calling, emailing, and posting volunteer job opportunities.
* Manage the volunteer onboarding experience from recruitment through orientation.
* Create, organize, and maintain directory of certified volunteers to ensure all remain in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
* Partner with appropriate facility staff to ensure certified volunteers are welcomed, oriented, and scheduled at facility.
* Analyze data from EMR system to create and maintain a profile of each facility’s resident faith demographics to ensure spiritual services are provided for all major faith groups.
* Send reports to appropriate facility personnel regarding facility’s faith profile.
* Assist with training spiritual care volunteers on faith traditions, as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.

The qualifications you will need:

* Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent educational and work experience.
* Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
* Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
* Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
