As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will make a difference by providing direct and compassionate nursing care to our patients and residents. Additionally, this position will provide daily supervision of activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility to maintain the highest degree of quality care and exemplary customer service at all times.

For consideration, candidates must possess an active RN or LPN license, CPR Certification, be energetic, positive and tech savvy.

This 150-bed skilled and intermediate nursing facility provides a safe, secure environment for those in need of medical care, and specializes in customized dementia and behavioral care for cognitively impaired residents. Residents benefit from a safe, structured environment under the direction and coordination of a licensed Psychiatrist and PsychologistServices are provided to individuals requiring assistance with activities of daily living, to those who are basically independent but have physician-ordered medical needs, and to those who require total assistance with all of their daily needs.
