This 150-bed skilled and intermediate nursing facility provides a safe, secure environment for those in need of medical care, and specializes in customized dementia and behavioral care for cognitively impaired residents. Residents benefit from a safe, structured environment under the direction and coordination of a licensed Psychiatrist and PsychologistServices are provided to individuals requiring assistance with activities of daily living, to those who are basically independent but have physician-ordered medical needs, and to those who require total assistance with all of their daily needs. Each employee takes pride in providing the highest level of care to the residents by meeting their specific medical needs and supporting their socialization with friends and family while they are here.

We are recruiting for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team.

Requirements for consideration include:

* Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program, culminating in a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.

* A Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.
