We are currently searching for a Senior Vice President of Human Resources to develop and execute key human capital strategies to improve operational outcomes for our family of companies. As our industry evolves, we feel it is imperative that this leader possess a deep background in Organizational Development and proven success driving results across a multi-site organization with greater than 10,000 employees. This position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and lead a team of seasoned professionals responsible for Compensation, Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations and HRIS.

The SVP, HR is based in our home office in Louisville, KY. This position requires being onsite (no commuting) and relocation assistance is available.
