Summary:

Our Branch Operations Manager leads the admissions process of our home health team. Ensures that
effective and consistent daily office and people operations are achieved. Performs administrative and business office functions requiring independent judgment and timeliness of
projects given in order to enhance the effectiveness of the department and the organization.
Provides support in functional areas which may include human resource functions,
billing, scheduling of staff. Leads the admissions process, resolving customer
service concerns and other general administrative duties as needed.

Essential
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Branch Operations Manager will actively partner with H.R. Specialist and will Lead in the responsibility for hiring, training (Initial, Annually, other), retention, improving and developing relationships with all staff.
  • Partner with Human Resources or other key
    individuals on performance concerns, workman’s comp claims and transitional
    duties and terminations.
  • Develop and
    maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Ensure compliance
    with established budgets.
  • Identify new
    leads and promote company services
  • Maintain contact
    with MCOs and build network
  • Managers will do at
    least 75% Admissions and New Admissions Paperwork with some Assistance
    from Lead Care Partner.
  • Monitor EVV systems
    daily to ensure compliance, responsible for being corrected timely.
  • Assist
    with implementation of employee recognition/award programs.
  • Oversee Branch scheduling
    team to ensure clients services are being performed consistently, that a positive
    impact is being enforced by Silver Angels staff.
  • Monitor and
    approve payroll processing within established timelines, ensuring accuracy.
  • Prepare and
    follow all investigations and incident reports as needed following chain
    of command.
  • Partner with
    Human Resources to Lead proper candidate sourcing, ease of candidate
    application and positive onboarding experience.
  • Develop and implement
    Marketing Plan tactics to include special events targeted at community
    education, establishing Silver Angels as the expert in home care.
  • Attend Staff
    Meetings and maintain open communication with Branch Teams
  • Attend required
    meetings and maintain open communication with corporate leadership team.
  • Develop marketing
    plans, business plans, sales strategies, and action plans for identified
    targets of opportunity that clearly define objectives, goals, win
    strategies, schedules and action assignments to accommodate corporate
    goals. Identify opportunities related to changes in the industry.
  • Maintain a
    working knowledge of Federal and State regulations and reimbursement
    (Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid).
  • Monitor and
    evaluate customer satisfaction surveys. Interpret data to meet market
    needs. Share results with the management team and others as appropriate to
    develop action plans, as needed.
  • Participate in on
    call rotation.
  • Meet physical and
    sensory requirements stated below and be able to work in the described
    environment.
  • Identify and
    participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer
    experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment.
  • Other special projects and duties, as
    assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Associates
    Degree in Marketing or related field, preferred.
  • Experience in HCBS (Home & Community Based Services)/ PSSA (Personal Support Service Agency) and/or Home Health preferred.
  • High
    school diploma or GED and minimum of two (2) years related sales/marketing
    experience required.
  • Ability
    to manage marketing budget with proven sales success.
  • Effective
    verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated
    intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and
    Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
  • Highest
    level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability
    to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team
    environment in support of company objectives.
  • Customer
    service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention
    to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to
    prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with
    high level of quality and productivity.
