We are searching for a Treasury Analyst to join our Signature Healthcare corporate team. The Treasury Analyst will perform daily reconciliation of banking transactions, monthly record of banking activity in the general ledger, bank reconciliations and other maintenance of core treasury functions.

Essential Duties Responsibilities:

* Meet physical and sensory requirements stated below, and be able to work in the described environment.

* Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance work flow, and/or improve the work environment.

* Maintain all company bank accounts.

* Work closely with various banks to ensure systems and processes are set up and operating correctly.

* Monitor daily cash position and balance master accounts for all receipts and disbursements.
* Initiate wires or transfers from the correct accounts as needed.
* Prepare cash forecasts on a routine basis (weekly) as requested.
* Responsible for preparing monthly master accounts cash reconciliation for Accounting and preparing general ledger journal entry.
* Prepare accurate and timely AR borrowing case calculations for all revolving lines of credit.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a closely related field Preferred.

* Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in accounting, banking, or cash management.

* Knowledge of principles and practices of financial management and generally accepted accounting principles.

* Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

* Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.

* Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
