In 2007, our President and CEO, Joe Steier, recognized the importance of assisting our stakeholders during unexpected challenges that may lead to financial difficulties for them and their families. This realization led to the establishment of the Signature Inspire Foundation. The Foundation, supported by employee payroll contributions, allows stakeholders to engage in acts of kindness that foster an internal culture, helping members of our Signature family feel cared for and valued. Through providing timely support to our stakeholders, we demonstrate care and compassion to our dedicated colleagues who serve our residents. Our goal is to reduce the uncertainty caused by financial burdens, ultimately enhancing stakeholder development and retention.
