The Pinnacle Program combines online coursework with assessments for CNAs, LPNs and RNs. With the ability to complete up to 4 certifications per year, you can complete these at your own pace and build the skills you need to advance in your career. The best part? When you complete each level, you’ll earn a raise. Certificate raises range from $0.25 to $1.00.
